As an Employment First agency, BEACON provides job training and employment services that promote independence, inclusion, and full participation in our community.

BEACON Business Services includes print production, custodial, and retail support services, offering work and training opportunities to build technical and operational skills in these businesses.
BEACON Culinary Services provide food preparation and meal service to federal, state, and county agencies while offering hands-on training and culinary experience.
BEACON Life Services focuses on strengthening independence, fostering community engagement, and preparing individuals with disabilities for career exploration and workplace success.
BEACON Landscaping enhances outdoor spaces through expert groundskeeping and property care, specifically tailored for those who love working outdoors and tending to lawns, trees, and plants.
