BEACON offers professional printing and branded merchandise services, including screen printing (single-color and full-process designs), direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on apparel and accessories, and high-quality embroidery using commercial-grade equipment and colorfast thread. Our capabilities also include commercial print materials such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, forms, and tickets, as well as marketing and promotional materials such as flyers, posters, newsletters, banners, yard signs, and buttons. In addition, we provide mailing services—including postage metering (Direct, First Class, Non-Profit, and Presort) and bulk preparation—along with finishing and bindery services, including padding, scoring, perforating, binding, cutting, and laminating.
Our printing services provide individuals with disabilities with a unique opportunity to develop skills for those interested in employment in the print industry.
BEACON BusinessesBEACON Custodial
BEACON Custodial provides professional custodial and facility maintenance services. Our crew handles dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and interior window cleaning.
We are licensed in the State of California and maintain compliance with all applicable health and safety standards.
Our custodial teams ensure clean, safe, and professional environments while supporting inclusive workforce participation.
Custodial services are provided for the U.S. Forest Service, the NOAA weather station in Oxnard, Camp Roberts, and throughout northern Santa Barbara and southern San Luis Obispo Counties.

BEACON Retail provides comprehensive retail support services, including warehouse operations, inventory management, day and overnight stocking, sales floor replenishment, and custodial floor care services.
These services are currently delivered at the Vandenberg Space Force Base Commissary.
Our retail operations emphasize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service while creating stable, competitive employment pathways for individuals with disabilities.
