La Paloma Group Home is an Intermediate Care Facility that provides individuals with developmental disabilities a safe and supportive home setting. Our focus is on providing high-quality care while promoting independence, dignity, and personal growth.
We offer 24-hour support, including personal care, developmental training, and habilitative and health-related services. The home is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services and residents are regularly monitored through Tri-Counties Regional Center to ensure quality of care and compliance.

BEACON’s support team includes:
Trained direct care staff
Facility manager
Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)
Registered nurse
Dietitian
We also collaborate with outside specialists such as physicians, neurologists, behavioral therapists, and psychiatrists to ensure each resident receives well-rounded, individualized support.
Individual Service Plan
Each resident has a personalized Individual Service Plan (ISP) developed by an interdisciplinary team.
These plans are designed to help each individual function at the highest physical, intellectual, social, and vocational level they can.
